At a time of significant political movements aimed at restricting the rights and freedoms of women and LGBTQIA+ persons and a lot of companies are encouraged to draw back on DEI efforts, the UN Global Compact Network Denmark, Sex og Samfund (DFPA), and AIDS-Fondet are facilitating a workshop to discuss how withstand the pressure and ensure respect for human rights and DEI in general remain a focus going forward.
During the workshop, we will explore how to address both external and internal pressure, hear concrete examples of dilemmas with implementation of DEI initiatives and get insight into how the pushback on DEI can affect colleagues who are a part of the LGBT+ community.
The workshop will be under Chatham House Rules.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This workshop is designed for company representatives who are committed to upholding and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the face of increasing political and societal pushback—particularly efforts aimed at restricting the rights and freedoms of women and LGBTQIA+ persons.
Join peers from across sectors to share experiences, reflect on strategies, and strengthen your ability to navigate these challenges while ensuring DEI remains at the core of your organization’s agenda.
