Nordic Research Day 2010 will create a new space for researchers to meet, exchange ideas and experiences, learn about each others’ work, strengthen links and explore common research agendas. It will partly focus on climate change, but also extend the debate into other critical areas for research.
The event is open to everyone who is engaged in, or interested in, research on impact assessment in the Nordic countries. If you want to find out more about current and potential research in this field, and play a part in setting the research agenda, then this event is not to be missed. The format is designed to allow for plenty of open discussions, exchange and networking.
Themes covered will include: Impact Assessment and Climate Change, Integrating Impact Assessment into Broader Planning Processes, Effectiveness of Impact Assessment, Research and Practice: Engagement in and Around IA Research, Public Participation in Impact Assessment, and Health Impact Assessment.
